i had promised to write a review for this hotel.

We booked the hotel as a last minute offer. I had read a little about the hotel in advance and did not expect miracles, but …

From arrival to departure we were completely satisfied. It is a hotel that does not disguise itself and does not promise more than it keeps.

We had a room with a sea view and every morning to enjoy this view - just fantastic!

The room was clean every day.

The food: opinions may differ here – for some it is a plus point, for others it is rather a minus point. Every day there is a sufficient choice, and food is not wasted unnecessarily.

The staff is helpful, friendly and pleasantly reserved, without being intrusive.

The beach is a little smaller and narrower, but for me it was just great!

I would like to especially thank the hotel manager for his commitment and for taking care of the guests in this way.

I would have absolutely no problem coming back here and spending my vacation in this hotel.

Second time we have come to the Skanes Serail hotel.
Still just as delighted.
Very friendly staff.
Repetitive but rather good food.
The entertainers were not the same as the previous year but still just as pleasant, kind, caring...
The kids' club was managed by Wihem and Ebty who are both so kind and adorable with the children and the activities offered were great for the children.
We will come back next year, God willing ☺️

A very pleasant hotel, we had an unforgettable stay from the 1st step at the reception with Mrs. amani and taysir with great entertainment from morning to evening with Mr. fahmi and his entire team (Alex hannibal issa and loufy) a hotel that I highly recommend

I originally booked here for 1 week & extended my stay by an extra 2 weeks! This was purely because both myself & my children have been so well looked after & catered for! I’m the fussiest eater yet the food has been amazing for everyone. There is something different on each day for the kids whether that is in the day time or the evening! I especially have loved the mini club for my 2 year old as he is autistic & struggles to engage with people. The girls who run the mini club have been absolutely amazing with both my kids, so super friendly & always chatty & making sure we’re all okay! What a wonderful resort Skanes Serail truly is! Thank you all & we’ll see you again!

Had a really good week hotel really nice and clean couldn’t complain f asked for a better animation team always made us feel welcome and very attentive got everyone involved in activities would come again just for them alone Hannibal always energetic and a smile on his face

This hotel is absolutely amazing great staff and the food it unbelievable

And the entertainment guys are fantastic

Tunis’s is amazing place to come on holiday this hotel if your are coming to Tunis’s this is the place to come

Very beautiful hotel, very friendly staff from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, to the entertainers. The bar and restaurant services as well as the service for the 3 meals included in the package served by Mr. Mondher, a very friendly and professional person. A hotel that we recommend without hesitation.

We had a pleasant stay, the welcome was truly exceptional with Ms. Tayssir, and for the catering we were well served by Mr. Mondir, and for the entertainment, it was truly wonderful with the entertainers Alix, Luffy, Issa, Handball, and Djo, and for the entertainment group leader, Fahmi, thank you for the pleasant evenings we spent with you.

The best hotel in which I was the only minus is the animator who usually led Dart, Dart led very well but all the time he picked up girls instead of animating, the increase should be for the animator with curly hair and for the animator from bocci 🇹 🇳 🥰 I recommend the hotel very cool hotel🏨

We stayed at this hotel from September 29 to October 5, 2026, in rooms 320 and 322, and we had an excellent stay.
We really enjoyed this hotel a lot. We had a very good time there and we particularly appreciated the atmosphere, the welcome, and the kindness of the entire team.
But if there is one strong point that we absolutely must highlight, it is the staff. A big thank you to the entire bar team, and particularly to Chef Maher, to Raouf, as well as to all their colleagues. They are smiling, welcoming people who are always available and who work with a lot of seriousness and good humor. You can really feel that they love their job and that they appreciate their clients.
We would also like to warmly thank the housekeeper, who always ensured that our room was clean, tidy, and pleasant. She was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. A big thank you to her for her work.
We found this hotel very pleasant and we highly recommend it. Even outside of high season, the hotel remains lively, with entertainment, a good atmosphere, and a lot of friendliness.
We particularly recommend it to people who wish to discover Monastir in winter, because the hotel remains open and the atmosphere is always there.
A big thank you to the entire hotel team for your welcome, your kindness, and your professionalism. We are leaving with very beautiful memories and we sincerely hope to return another time.

Brilliant holiday for me and my teenage son, hotel is clean and tidy, pool area is fab. Staff are brilliant and friendly, engage really well with guests. Entertainment team are absolutely brilliant, full of energy, especially Luffy who always brightens your day! Would recommend and come again

I’ve had a really good time would definitely recommend coming here, the staff are brilliant, good English, the entertainment team are really good at there job very welcoming and friendly would definitely recommend Hannibal
